How long does the cooling effect last?
Cooling duration can vary depending on outdoor conditions and your pup's activity level.
Typically, it stays cold for 2–3 hours with ice packs.
After that, simply soak the scarf in water and wring it out - it’ll still feel cool and refreshing!
What sizes are available?
Our cooling scarves are designed to fit dogs of many shapes and fluff levels! Here's a general guide to help you choose:
- M fits small pups like Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Maltese, Toy Poodles, and Beagles
- L fits medium-sized dogs like Shiba Inus, French Bulldogs, Corgis, and Pugs
- XL is best for large or fluffy dogs like Huskies, Samoyeds, German Shepherds and Golden Retrievers

How to Use
Can I use both the ice pack and water cooling methods?
Yes! You can start with an ice pack or simply wet the scarf directly.
Once the ice pack thaws, you can continue cooling by re-soaking the scarf in water. Both methods work beautifully!
How often can I wash it? Is it machine washable?
Yes - it’s both washer and dryer safe! Wash as needed, especially after outdoor adventures.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Vancouver, BC, Canada!
How long will it take to arrive?
Please see our Shipping Policy for details - most orders ship within 2–3 business days and delivery timelines follow Canada Post standards.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I exchange if the size doesn’t fit?
We currently don’t offer returns or exchanges for size issues.
Please refer to our size chart before placing an order.

What if the item is defective?
We do a quality check on every order, but if something slips through and your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
As long as the tag is still attached, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer you a replacement or a full refund - your choice.
MATERIALS & SAFETY
Is the fabric safe for sensitive pups?
Yes! Our scarves are made with pet-safe materials and are designed to be gentle on your dog’s skin and coat.
However, if your dog has sensitivities or allergies, we recommend reaching out to us first - just to be sure.
We’re happy to provide more details on the materials we use and help you decide what’s best for your pup🐶💙
Are the ice packs pet-safe?
Absolutely. Our included cold packs are non-toxic and free from ethylene glycol. They’re made of:
- 98% water
- 2% Sodium Polyacrylate (a water-absorbing polymer)
- Outer casing: LLDPE or foil/non-woven fabric
Labeled as “Not classified as hazardous” - so you can use them with peace of mind.

Can I try it in person?
