We proudly ship from Vancouver, BC, Canada, to destinations worldwide🇨🇦

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily use Canada Post with tracking for all orders.
In the event of a Canada Post service disruption (e.g. strike), we may use alternative, reliable and cost-effective carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are based on Canada Post standards.

Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, sent automatically via Shopify.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are reported missing.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to certain countries due to the high risk of delivery issues.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship there at this time.

Additional Notes
Please be aware that shipping delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier disruptions.
We do ship to P.O. boxes within Canada.
